To fund your new Steel Building we have multiple options for financing.
HEARTH- With Hearth, you apply once and they work with a pool of about a dozen different lenders. Applying does not affect your credit, as they only make a soft credit pull. One or more of these companies may make you one or more offers depending on your specific financial situation. If you accept one of these offers, you'll then work directly with the lender to provide additional information and apply for the loan offered. You can use this money for the building, foundation, electrical, etc. The monies will be deposited to your bank account, then you make your purchase from Texas Choice as a cash sale. GREENSKY - (Not available for Container Cabins and Shell Cabins) Only to finance our steel, site-built buildings. With Greensky, you apply directly with GreenSky. If approved, they provide you confirmation immediately. You can only use this loan for the building. You can not pay for the foundation or other items with this loan. The loan can only be used to purchase the steel building. The loan monies go directly to the fabricator of your building. Use the GreenSky link below to apply.
NO CREDIT CHECK, RENT TO OWN - (Not available for Container Cabins and Shell Cabins) Only to finance our steel, site-built buildings. With this program, there is no credit check. There is a $30,000 maximum amount they well carry on the RTO. You can have any price building, but you must pay it down to $30K. The down payment varies depending on the amount of the building plus any amount needed to pay down to $30K. You can not use this program to pay for your foundation or other items. Only your building can be funded through RTO. Contact us directly to discuss the RTO program.

YES, you can use loans processed through Hearth, for not only your steel building, Container Cabin and Shell Cabin, but also your foundation, electrical, plumbing, etc. ***Make sure you get a quote from us for your building so you know how much to request***

You typically know at the end of the application if you're approved.
You are provided a number similar to a credit card number. You'll provide that number to us to fund your building.
Loans don't require any documentation. Stated income only. You can use a co-borrower if you think your odds of approval are better that way. Your loan is directly with the lending institution. They'll fund your new building in full by providing an account number that we run like a credit card.
NOTE: This program is not affiliated with Texas Choice Steel Building, Texas Choice Outdoors, or C&H. This is a financial relationship between you (the borrower) and the financial institution you're applying with.
We also offer a No Credit Check, Rent to Own Program! If you're credit challenged, or maybe your credit is tied up on a mortgage loan or other reason you don't want to run your credit, our No Credit Check, Rent to Own Program may be the answer for you.
For any priced site built metal structure, but it must be paid down to $30,000. Your monthly payment includes principle, sales tax and a rent to own fee. You pay your monthly payment and after the term ends, you own your building.
